Ready-made conditions, without writing code. They are in Create alert → Quick condition (on the chart symbol) and in Alerts on a watchlist (on all the symbols of a list).
| Type | When it fires |
|---|---|
| Change % | the price rises or falls by at least X % compared with N bars ago (with N = 1, from the previous close) |
| New high or low | the close breaks the high or low of the last N bars; only on the first bar of the breakout |
| Abnormal volume | the volume is at least K times the average of the last N bars |
| RSI | the RSI rises above the upper threshold or falls below the lower one |
| Price crosses an average | the close moves above or below an EMA/SMA |
| Crossover of two averages | the fast average crosses the slow one |
For each one you choose the direction: up, down or both. The condition is checked on the alert's timeframe: “+3% compared with 1 bar ago” on 1h means +3% in an hour.
With “once per bar” change and volume notify while the bar is still forming, without waiting for the close: usually what you want for sudden moves.
The notification message includes the symbol, the value (for example the exact change) and the price.
