6. Quanto conserviamo i dati

7. I tuoi diritti

15–22 GDPR), e revocare i consensi.

8. Sicurezza

Privacy policy

Version of 14 October 2026

Use of AI and voice features (text of the command or request, monthly quota used)Provide the requested feature and apply plan limits

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. We use no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics tools.

3. Legal bases

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): account, service features, notifications and alerts you set up.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): security, abuse prevention, running and improving the service.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): browser push notifications and other channels you turn on; you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the past.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): when required by law or authorities (for example, in future, tax obligations on payments).

4. Cookies and browser storage

We use a single technical session cookie (HttpOnly), needed to keep you signed in, and the browser’s local storage to save preferences such as language, layout and recent choices. They are strictly necessary for the service and need no consent. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Who we share data with

Data is hosted on a server we manage. We use providers that process data on our behalf or that you connect to yourself:

  • Hosting and network (server, protection and traffic delivery, such as Cloudflare): they see requests and IP addresses.
  • Email verification (Google Firebase Authentication): they receive your email address and a random key; your password is not sent.
  • Email sending (SMTP service): email address and message content.
  • Channels you turn on (Telegram, Discord/Slack, browser push, webhooks to an address you provide): they receive the alert text.
  • AI and voice, only if you use these features: the text of the request (with symbol and timeframe) goes to the configured provider (for example Anthropic, Google or another compatible service) to interpret the command, write a script or generate speech. Your password and personal data are not sent. The browser’s speech recognition may use the browser maker’s service (for example Google for Chrome); on phones a local model may be used.
  • Market-data providers (exchanges and public services): your browser connects directly to some of them for real-time prices, so your IP address is visible to those services under their own rules.

We may disclose data to authorities where the law requires it. Some providers may be outside the European Economic Area: in that case we rely on appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

6. How long we keep data

  • Account and content data stays as long as you keep your account.
  • When the account is deleted, the data is removed from the service; backups, which are overwritten on rotation (the last few days), lose it in their normal cycle.
  • The history of triggered alerts is kept for 90 days; expired sessions and recovery links are deleted automatically; sign-in attempts are held only in the server’s memory for the length of the lock and reset on restart.
  • Database backups are daily and the last 7 are kept (about a week).
  • Technical server logs (which may contain the IP address) are kept for short periods, on rotation, only for security and diagnosis.
  • Where the law requires keeping data (for example tax records), we keep it for the required period.

Providing your email and password is necessary to create and use the account; other data depends on the features you use. There is no automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you. We do not send newsletters or promotional messages without your separate consent; service messages (sign-in, security, alerts, changes to the Terms) do not require it.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), and withdraw consents. Write to info@anubiai.com: we normally reply within one month. You can also edit much of your data in the app and turn off notification channels. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures: passwords stored only as a salted hash, two-step verification, encrypted connections, limits on sign-in attempts, backups and restricted access. No system is one hundred per cent secure; we will tell you, in the cases and ways the law requires, if a data breach affects you.

9. Minors

The service is for people aged 18 or over. If you think a minor has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version and we will notify you of material changes.
